Exhibition stands

We have toured exhibition centres from Hong Kong, Dubai and the US to across Europe and the UK, supplying eye-catching designs that combine excellence with functionality for you and your customers.

Theatre

Having an MD with 25 years’ experience of producing, directing and set designing in the theatre, we are well placed to assist you with your production. We can help you develop a concept – or build a set from your own designs – and we can supply the lighting, props and crew to realise your ideas. 
Live music events

Whether you're managing an outdoor music event, a festival marquee or pub music night, we install staging, lighting and sound rigs to suit. With several outdoor and indoor stage systems, moving and generic lighting fixtures and PA systems, we provide expert crews and engineers to rig and operate.
Lighting

Dramatic buildings, beautiful gardens, wedding marquees, or the party venue of choice all benefit from the right lighting to create or enhance the atmosphere. From up-lighters to building washes, delicate accent lighting to logo projection, we design, install and operate a wide variety of lighting that will bring your event alive. 
O/B support

Outside Broadcasts demand high levels of organisation, flexible sets and LX rigs, pro-active and responsive technicians – and an understanding of contingency planning! From extensive experience of working with the BBC, we know we need to be able to adapt quickly and provide plenty of options to the film crew.  
Fashion shows

We design and deliver dynamic and stylish fashion shows in hotels, night clubs, shopping centres, outdoors – and even in an old brewery! Offering full Audio Visual packages, stage management and a flexible approach to set design, we create the perfect backdrop for the latest trends – and put on a really good show!
Private events

Your private function – whether it be an engagement party, wedding reception, birthday party or family gathering – must leave a lasting impression with your guests. But we don’t want the planning to be a chore for you so we can help with theming, entertainment, music and lighting – all you need do is enjoy yourself!
Project management

With years of experience at producing events around the world, together we will comfortably avoid the pit falls and ensure you hit all your objectives. If you already have a clear idea of your requirements, we are well versed in working faithfully and respectfully to existing plans and designs. We are equally as comfortable helping to develop a concept or campaign from scratch. In either case, we will keep in regular contact and the same person will see your event from planning right through to delivery. 

 

We are aware of the workloads everyone is under these days, so we happily take as much of the leg work away from you as possible. So, once a concept and design has been agreed, we will liaise with the venue or exhibition organiser, submit all plans and RAMS for approval and book any on-site services that might be required, while our production and tech teams set to work to bring your event life. 
Design

Of course your event must look great, have strong messaging and leave a positive lasting impression, but it also needs to be usable by you and your clients. Along with impact and style, our designs consider the ergonomics and psychology of those using and attending the event and always provide the best solution for the flow of visitors into and around the event space.

 

We know the value of being able to visualise your event, so we will provide you with rendered 3D visuals of our design proposals, which are underpinned by scale technical CAD drawings which support the plan submissions and the construction phase.  
Event production

We love this industry and we know that there will always be last minute changes. We have the experience and confidence to be proactive and deliver with genuine smiles, so there'll be no teeth sucking from us when you think of an adaptation.

To realise the design, we carry an extensive range and quantity of up-to-date equipment in-house. All of which are superbly maintained so that it comes to your event in excellent and reliable condition.

We support this with quality manufacturing of bespoke sets, stages, features and props. All of which are efficiently and calmly installed on-site by a tight team of technicians who understand the need to be flexible and friendly. What's more, our on-site crews are qualified and experienced professionals who have the skill set to react to any last minute changes and developments and deliver quick, effective solutions.

Having developed strong, long-standing relationships with print studios, we can offer graphic and collateral printing using your artwork, or we can facilitate artwork creation for you. 
Health & Safety

Wherever possible, we will carry out site visits and deal direct with venue H&S officials to individually tailor Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for your event.

 

With years of experience we know what works and what doesn’t, so you can rest assured that all structures and installs are both safe and durable. Our technical crews will be tailored to your event so as to ensure we all have the appropriate training and certification for each job, and we all pride ourselves on professional and safe delivery throughout the whole event process.

 

Throughout many years of business and literally thousands of events, we have a 100% safety record without incident, but for your re-assurance we carry substantial cover with the leading event-specific insurance company that understands the industry.
